Supervisory Property Management and Financial Control.
The supervisory manager is charged with representing the owner who may not have the facilities nor expertise to oversee
the running of his properties.
These services include regular inspections of the properties, checking maintenance procedures, and responsibility for approving the expenditure of capital items.
Tillyard will install all financial controls and check rental returns, expenses paid, and report in full on the property's performance.
